• Ceiling: Decorative borders to the ceiling of all bed rooms. Wooden borders to living & drawing rooms if design permit so.
• Paint: Plastic emulsion and matt to all walls as per design. Special paint to selected area in order to enhance the beauty of interiors.
• Polish: N.C. matt lacquer polish to all doors, cupboards, kitchen cabinetry and wood work .
• Windows: High quality aluminum sections with double glazing and standard glazing as per design.
• Kitchen:  A contemporary kitchen with built in stainless steel electric oven, hob, extractor canopy & under work surface microwave. Hand crafted uniquely designed wall & base unit in solid wood with granite work surface. Double bowl imported stainless steel sink with grohe mixer. Floor standing cabinet for fridge & a built-in cabinet for dishwasher made under counter. 
• Bathrooms: A contemporary design sanitary ware with grohe taps. Tilled walls with contrasting floor tiles & marble hand made skirting. Thermostatic controlled showers with all en-suites. Jacuzzis for master bed & children bed room. Basin counters made of solid wood with granite top & grohe fittings. High quality imported towel rod & ring and tissue holder. Shaver sockets & wall mirrors to all washrooms.  Shower cabins fully tilled. Recessed halogen lights on counter, down lighters in false ceiling, wooden & granite knishes with concealed halogen lights.
• Bedroom Open spacious bedrooms with Boticina/Karara marble floors or wooden floors. Walk-in closets provided in master bedrooms. A fitted wardrobe with Chester drawer units inside in children and guest bedroom.
• Heating:  Centrally heating system of gas, radiators in all rooms including corridors, washrooms & common areas. Separate boilers at all levels of the house. Water geezer for each level.
• Air Conditioning: Provision of split air conditioners in all rooms including corridors & common areas. All units are installed in such a way that there outer units must not be exposed on the elevation.
• Lighting: Contemporary design lights wherever required including ceiling spot lights spotted on bed rare wall.   A picture light with corridor and drawing room wall. Reverse lights n lobbies.  Chandeliers in selected areas to enhance the beauty of interior.
• Doors: Main entrance’s, bedroom’s, washrooms’, drawing’ and living room’ doors are made of solid wood with glass inside where the design permit so . Kitchen’s outer door with steel net.
•  Steel Fabrication: Stainless steel are used in railings & ceiling rafters.
• TV/ Telephone: TV and phone points are given in all bedrooms, living, drawing room & kitchen.
• Wardrobe: Sliding shutters made of wood with figure glass and inside proper lamination. Chester drawer units & steel rod for hanging cloths. Upper portion having painted shutters. Imported hardware are used as per design.
